Where do you fall on your priority list? We all have the best of intentions, but once the breakdowns and fire drills start, it's easy to be too exhausted to take care of yourself.
That's why it's so important to 'do you' - first. Starting out with a little 'me-time' will give you the energy to give more of yourself throughout the day.
So this week, wake up 15-minutes earlier for a little pre-day me-time. Here are some ideas:
Savor a coffee
Meditate
Stretch or do sun salutations
Workout (even for just 10 minutes!)
Go outside
Reflect and set an intention for the day
Write down three things you are grateful for
Make taking care of yourself the easiest thing to cross off your to-do list.
