Pre-kids I dreaded Valentines Day. It felt manufactured to get me to part with my money on unnecessary gifts and expensive meals.
Post-kids, I love it. Something exciting to look forward to in the dead of winter with a positive message of love. I especially love Valentine's traditions and will share my favorites this week.
Today's comes from super-mom and Google's Director of Search Marketing, Meredith Hoffer. In the days leading up to the big V, she places hearts on the doors of her kids telling them reasons she loves them. So simple and powerful.
So get out those scissors (or if you are feeling lazy, plain post-its work) and write a little love note to your kids. Trust me, it will make everyone's day.
