Make your badass list

My third tip on self-love is to remind yourself of what a badass you actually are. Today, do this five-minute exercise: write down everything you’ve done that is badass:

  • The people’s lives you’ve impacted

  • The physical feats you can do

  • The skills you have mastered

  • Quotes people have said about you

  • Your proudest moments

If you are struggling, send a quick text to your cheerleaders asking, “Random question. . .Why am I badass?” (Bonus points for including why they are. It will boost your happiness.)

Then each morning over the next week, put on your pump-up song and read over this list. Because, you are a badass.
