This can look like accounts that ignore movements that you believe are essential to people presenting a perfect view of the world that makes you feel inadequate.
Think about it as Konmari-ing your house. Does this post bring me joy? Does this post make me feel good about myself? If not, unfollow (or hide in your feed if it’s a friend that you can’t offend).
Fill your feeds with positivity, compassion, and connection. You deserve it.
