The number one thing you should do to keep your sanity

Ok, I’ll admit it. I’ve been loving quarantine.


  • I love being around my kids more, even if we’re just coworking next to each other.

  • I love getting back to the basics like gardening, spending time in nature and learning to slackline.

  • I love dance parties on Friday nights broadcast from friends I haven’t seen in ages that I can do with the kids.

  • I love long walks on the phone with friends I always put off catching up with.

  • I love teaching my kids to cook and meditate.


Life has become oddly simple, making me focus on what matters. If you are struggling, my biggest advice is to think of one thing each day that you are grateful for. Today I’m mainly thankful for the fact that this started in March and not November.
