WFH Workout throughout the day

One new habit I’ve picked up during quarantine was to break-up my workout into 5 to 10-minute chunks throughout the day.


I mean, I’m living in leisure-wear anyhow, so instead of grabbing a snack between meetings, I’m stretching, squatting or practicing handstands. Confession, I’ve even done some while on calls with my team. (They have, too.)


It’s been amazing. My energy and focus at work is up. I feel like I have more time, as I don’t need to block a full hour off at the end of the day. And, I’m just plain happier.


So, today, try to see if you can steal a few minutes here and there to do it. Even involve your kids as weight (if they are really little) or workout buddies (if older).
