I've now interviewed more than fifty (what I'm calling) Rockstar working moms -- the ones killing at work and home, which you ask yourself, 'How do they do it?'

My most profound insight? Everyone struggles. No matter how successful you are, being a working mom is messy and imperfect. But when do we get to see under-the-hood? Social media paints pictures of perfection. 

Don't compare your household to their highlight reel.
