We at Uplift Parents respect the privacy of users of our website, (the “Site”), and our mobile application.  This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect information from users of the Site and/or the mobile app (collectively referred to in this Policy as the “Service”).  By using the Service, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this Policy, so please do not use the Service if you do not agree with these terms.

We may update this Policy at any time.  Any changes to the Policy will become effective upon the date of our posting of the revised Policy on the Service.  If we make a material change to the Policy, we will post a notice which will remain on the Site’s home page for three months thereafter to alert you to the change.  If you visit the Service following the effective date of the revised Policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the Policy’s updated terms.

The information we collect through the Service includes “Personally Identifiable Information” (or “PII”), which is information that identifies you as an individual, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and company affiliation, if any.  We collect this information when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you sign up to receive updates, tips, and other information that may be of interest to you.
