I want to have a backbone, standing up for my beliefs (firm back), be vulnerable and open (soft front), and alive with hopes and dreams (wild heart). The use of body parts helps me visualize and embody these ideas.
So today, pick one. Try it out. Speak out more in that meeting, share a vulnerable moment with a direct report, or just give yourself 5-minutes to imagine the future you want. Firm back. Soft front. Wild heart.
