Do you want to scream?

In general, I have felt happy during quarantine, but I’ve noticed my anger flaring up. I’m shorter with my kids, my co-founder and even friends. So this week, I’m going to scream.

At Columbia, the Sunday before exams, students did the Primal Scream, when they opened up their windows or went to the quad and just screamed for a few minutes. It was amazing, getting out all the pent up anxiety and frustration of exam pressure.

So I tried it. On one of my walks, I screamed at the top of my lungs for a few minutes. It felt primal. It felt good. I needed it. 

Does anyone want to join me on a virtual one sometime? I think the world needs this.
