This week I turned 40. (My daughter, Chloe and I share the same birthday.) I took the day to pause -- to reflect and experience how I felt about moving into another chapter of life.
Honestly, I'm excited. Every year I feel like I'm becoming a better version of myself. I learn, add new dimensions, and evolve.
The more I interview moms in the 40's, I've realized that the older you get, the less you give a f*ck about what others think. This is always a good thing.
So here's to being a badass 40-year old.
(To celebrate, I also gave in and bought myself reading glasses because #ImOld)
