Set an alarm to be more present

So often, I find myself checking my phone to see the time only to find myself 10-minutes later engulfed in an internet rabbit hole. (TikTok anyone?)

But last Friday, I wanted nothing to do with my phone, but had an important meeting in the afternoon. So, I just set an alarm. I put my phone across the room and was 100% present with the Hogwarts Lego project with my kids.

It felt freeing. So next time you want to be fully there, just set a little reminder to let you.
